Return and Refund Policy
If you wish to return or refund a garment or product we would be happy to help. Just ensure it is under the following circumstances.
- If you have had a change of mind and would like to Exchange a full price item for another size or colour exchanges are accepted. But you will have to pay for Return and Replacement shipping.
- If an item is faulty or incorrect we sincerely apologize. It can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged within two weeks of receiving the garment. We will pay for the return and replacement shipping.
- If you wish to return a faulty or incorrect sale item, store credits will be given for the item/s and we will pay for return postage. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for a ‘change of mind’ on sale items.
NOTE: For all of the above circumstances the garment must not be damaged, altered, washed or worn. It should be in original condition, original packaging and original label attached. Otherwise a Refund and Exchange will be refused.
Please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant when trying on the garment, as it may leave a scent or mark on the item. If you don’t abide by these conditions a Refund or Exchange will be refused. For all refused Refunds or Exchanges we will hold the garment/s for 14 days. If the customer wishes to receive their garment/s back after a refused Refund or Exchange they must pay for both return shippings.
If the item is deemed to be NOT faulty, we will hold the garment for 14 days. If the customer wishes to receive their garment back they must pay for both return shippings.
Return items are the responsibility of the customer until it is received back to us.
Return shipping of items will be charged according to their size, weight & destination.
Store credits are issued in the form of an online gift voucher that can be used towards future purchases from our online shop.
In the situation where we cannot replace an item due to it being out of stock we will notify you of the situation via email or phone and a refund or store credit will be issued.
